Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all ONRÍ tags, seals, and certificates intact.

• For leather goods and custom apparel, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.

• Limited-edition and custom-crafted items (including monogrammed, engraved, or personalized pieces) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

• Refunds cover product cost only. Shipping fees, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

• If a discount or promotional code was used, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

Exchanges

• Exchanges may be granted for size adjustments or defective items, pending availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery.

• Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and your order confirmation number.

• Once verified, ONRÍ Opulence will replace or repair the item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Custom or made-to-order products

• Gift cards or digital products

• ONRÍ Bliss Libations and consumable goods

• Clearance or promotional sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Our Quality & Fulfillment Division will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and the appropriate shipping address.

3. Securely package the item in its original box and ship using a trackable service.

4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

International Orders

• International returns must be sent via a traceable courier service (e.g., FedEx, DHL).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.

• ONRÍ Opulence is not liable for lost or delayed international shipments.
