The ONRÍ Future Executives Mentorship Program is a technical workforce leadership certificate

course designed to prepare emerging professionals, supervisors, and entrepreneurs for executive-level responsibility.


This accelerated 6-week course delivers applied leadership training, ethical decision-making,

executive presence development, and resilience-based performance strategies aligned with

workforce development standards.

Week 4 – Resilience & Failure Recovery
